All items are covered by our 14-day exchange or refund guarantee so please ensure your items reach us within 14 days of receipt. Please note returned items must be unused and in all the original packaging with the tags intact. Please complete the returns form. All returns are at the buyers costs and will not be refunded by Clinton Enterprises unless the goods are faulty.
Clinton Enterprises will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect items the value of Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class delivery postage will be refunded. We cannot cover the cost of 1st class postage costs on return
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account.
For the returned postage cost we will charge the card that was used to place the order, if pay pal was used we will send a payment request.
Exchanges are only accepted on a different colour/size of the same item. If an alternative item is required, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items must be returned back to: CLINTON ENTERPRISES, THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT, UNIT G FLEMING ROAD, HINCKLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE, ENGLAND, LE10 3DU.

With the completed returns form enclosed (please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement form if this is lost.) If you are unable to return the original items to Clinton Enterprises, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
NB: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Your items WILL NOT qualify for a refund or return if:
1. Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item
2. Clinton Enterprises tags have been removed
3. You do not include your name and order number on the invoice.
Please allow 5 working days for UK Standard Delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to three days depending on our location.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery outside of the UK, all deliveries are subject to customs clearance, Clinton Enterprises is not responsible for any delays at customs clearance.
Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 5 working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.
